Im a very motivated and determined individual who takes a lot of pride in being consistent, efficient, hard working and productive in the workplace. Although self improvement is extremely important to me, I also strive to provide value as an employee in always maximizing work output for the company. I don't like to make excuses in any aspect of my life and take full responsibility for myself, an example of this is that I currently walk 1.5 miles up hill each way to commute to work and manage to maintain consistent on time attendance to work in any weather snow rain or shine. Im a fast learner and very mechanically inclined with a lot of ambition to continue learning anything i can to maximize my knowledge and production in the work place. I own a business myself so I understand the importance of diligence, efficiency and keeping production costs low to maximize company profits.
