- Oversee and analyze daily casino operations, effectively monitoring assigned pit locations while providing S.H.O.W. service standards to our guests and staff.
- Resolves disputes and upholds the integrity of our games while focusing on guest retention and protection of company assets.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of rules, procedures and cheating methods of our table games, meticulously observing activity on the casino floor for dishonest conduct.
- Participated in recruitment efforts by conducting interviews with prospective candidates for open positions.
- Responsible for returning our TG staff, post Covid shutdown. Collaborated with TG, ER, WFM Directors and VP's to balance the seniority list and game skills required for a successful and profitable return of Casino Operations, given the limited staffing.
- Collaborated with WFM Directors and VP's in developing our initial shift bid process which is still in place. Created a video for our staff detailing the step by step actions required to place bids.
- Responsible for the weekly scheduling of day shift employees under the direction of my Shift Manager. Always making time and often sacrificing personal time to compassionately listen to employees needs and acting quickly to provide a resolution. Assisting staff with time off requests, gaming card renewals, FMLA and MLOA paperwork. Collaborate with the toke committee, WFM and payroll directors to resolve paycheck issues. Review weekly spreads and communicate with our Shift Managers, F&B and WFM to ensure proper coverage is in place during high volume events and conventions, while also suggestion reduction of labor when necessary.
- Volunteer work during EDR events, Salute the Troops, Employee Golf Tournament, Mt. Charleston clean-up and facilitating gaming lessons for convention groups.
