• Fruit feeder operator, order and consume inclusions to proper work order ensure date of manufacture and expiration dates of inclusions verify proper material use set up fruit feeder using batch sheets for correct run, maintain rate sheets and verify proper dosing of inclusions, ensure proper set up and troubleshoot machinery, preform proper cleaning of machinery and follow allergen matrix.
• Filler operator, verify and follow all daily production schedules,verify use of proper ingredient and inclusion for each run, verify using allergen matrix that all cleaning processes were completed, perform all HACCP test and document on proper forms, proper weight of product, ensure freezers are running correctly verify proper fill and weight of product, troubleshoot machinery on line.

• Waste room operator, ensure all wet and dry waste are taken off the production floor and disposed of in the proper disposal systems, separate and dispose or recycle all dry waste in proper facilities ensure waste room is cleaned daily. Use of proper ppe, industrial powered forklifts, manual or electric pallet jacks, industrial bailer, industrial pallet washing machines, hydraulic lifts for disposal of wet and dry waste.,
