• My time as a PA on BHNS I helped a struggling shift become one of the best shifts in our region by giving them direction, expecting the highest standards, earning their trust and giving them the sense of urgency that was lacking and motivating them by diving deep, taking ownership, inventing and simplifying the dock to make it run more efficient and effectively, also by hiring and developing the best, by thinking big and by diving deep by coming up with a successful plan for every night.
