Yunior Aliaga

I started working at Syracuse Glass Company as a Material Handler I. Quickly distinguishing myself through my work performance, I was promoted to Machine Operator I and subsequently advanced to Machine Operator II within the CNC department. I am currently proficient in operating the following equipment:

• CNC Water Jet machine,
• both polishing machines,
• NRG machine,
• Bevel machine.

During my time in this department, I was recognized as "Employee of the Month." My key responsibilities included:

• Ensuring my own safety and that of my coworkers;
• Verifying that production is completed on time and in accordance with the schedule;
• Maintaining a keen focus on the quality of the final product, specifically ensuring that cuts are accurate, the glass remains scratch-free, and the polishing is executed to a high standard;
• Maintaining a well-organized workspace, thereby enhancing work efficiency and preventing potential accidents;
• Perform word in tean effective to boost overall productivity.
• Train the new operators in the use of the machinery and in safety protocols.
