When i first joined Metro Investigation and recovery solutions, I had absolutely 0 experience with cars. My first 3 months i was a lot guy, My job was to search through 500 cars in 1 lot to find the vehicle the debtor is picking up. After 3 months i could finally tell any car by just the look. That's when they gave me the opportunity to become a repo agent (Spotter). My job was to find cars up for repo and give a clear description of where it is, how its parked and anything else that might be helpful for the tow truck.

I did that for about 2.5 years before i decided i wanted to do even more. I was then thrown into a tow truck with 0 experience and 2 weeks of crappy training. A year later i became one of there top preforming drivers in that company.
