Worked on one of the top painting crews in the Twin Cites, which took me to some of the nicest properties in the city. In my time with them, we mostly painted the condos above the Westin Edina Galleria, but also painted the unit second from the top in the Carlyle Building in Downtown Minneapolis. I was very fortunate to have worked with some of the most respected painters in the area, and they taught me so much.

Live in Caretaker for senior living building in South Minneapolis. (I had an apartment in the building) Cleaning, light Maintenance duties, groundskeeping and snow removal were my main tasks. I accomplished unit turnovers when residents would leave/arrive at the building. I would also have to respond to resident medical emergencies day or night.

Propulsion plant operator, I worked in one of 4 Main Engine Rooms, aboard the Carrier Vessel, USS INDEPENDENCE CV-62 as a 1200 psi Steam Equipment operator. Operated and maintained a 1500 Kilowatt steam powered shipboard Turbine Electric Generator, and associated systems.
