Lead group personal training classes for clients either small group or large group. Barbell based programming including but not limited to Olympic lifting movements, powerlifting movements and functional/ accessory movements. Also lead classes for general gym members consisting of more fun light weight dynamic movements for inexperienced/ novice lifters.
Writing meal plans from scratch including foods the client likes that would reach macro goals and dietary needs. Full body recompositions with use of meal plans and strategic programming. Programming would include the group personal training classes I would lead that my clients would join to prevent injury and promote adherence. Proven results again through inbodys, recomposition, athletic performance and overall health.
Days consisting of program design, 1 on 1 training and sales. Consistently would achieve goals for supplements and training. Conducted floor pulls, dry calls and assessments. I would also take over group classes when needed but spent most of the time with my one on one clients. When adhering to meal plans and programming clients would achieve goals proven through inbodys, body composition or athletic performance.
