Manager the University Central Plant, also manged Siemens Building Automation, Oversaw Siemens Fire Panels, got involved with subcontractors, quotes, work schedules for the Plant and the mechanicals rooms for repairing A/C airhandlers.

Helped with maintaining the Central Plant for the University, helped with Siemens BAS monitoring, maintained pm's up to date on all equipment at the Plant and all pumps, primary and secondary, also chill water and hot water pumps in all mechanical rooms for the University.

Maintain all of the A/C equipment for the Navy's installation
