Provide technical support to field engineers and clients. Responsible for analyzing and optimizing satellite communication systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Troubleshoot issues, monitor network performance, and provide technical solutions to ensure efficient communication operations.

• Provide oversight for SATCOM and Gateway operations, and technical support, ensuring optimal performance within DODIN SATCOM Gateways.
• Acts as the primary customer interface, managing daily operations and troubleshooting complex issues to support live operations.
• Coordinate with DISA Elements, CONEX Branches, and Network Operation Centers to configure SATCOM networks and resolve system issues.

Manages end-to-end operations of installing, configuring, operating, aligning, conducting performance tests, and executing unit and direct support maintenance on satellite communications equipment and associated devices. Plans, installs, and operates SATCOM, HF/VHF/UHF systems in support of aeromedical evacuations and special operations missions.

• Monitor satellite communication networks to identify and resolve performance issues

Supervises projects and technicians to ensure compliance with budgetary and time constraints while providing subject-matter expertise on acquisition strategy, development, and platform integration of SATCOM systems. Operates and repairs wireless radio frequency equipment, line-of-sight, beyond line-of-sight, wideband communications, ground-based satellite terminals, encrypted transmission devices, and intrusion detection systems in a fixed and mobile environment.
