I feel strongly that mindfulness meditation has been essential to my growth throughout my years of singing. It has helped me to become more aware of my body and breath and has enabled me to reduce tension. On some days I just sit and meditate and relax through the day and when I get off work and out of school. I just get in my chair and meditate it helps cleanse the mind, body , and soul. At night before I go to bed I meditate and lay down for a good night rest. I read in the morning and evening or just when I'm in the mood to read. It helps stimulate my mind.
Accomplishments
I have gone above and beyond to help my caller, client, patient,and member. I have gone back to school for Medical Billing and Coding. I'm maintaining a 4.0 grade point average. I have made the DEAN LIST for HIGH SCHOLASTIC ACHIEVEMENT. I have a Degree in Medical Billing and Coding. I also achieved an Diploma in Medical Office Specialist and going back now for my Diploma in Medical Billing and Coding.
