  • Accept calls from homeowners to assist with scheduling appointments regarding material that the company has installed for their homes, such as issues that correlate with data lines and security wires that have been wired in their home that the customer may be experiencing issues with
  • Assist with non-monitored security devices that were installed with the company by troubleshooting what can be over the phone i.e., resetting the time and date, changing the password, or turning on or off the chime for the security system, issues outside of this premises give the homeowner the opportunity schedule for a technician to go out
  • With homeowners there is a warranty period that the company has on the homes that are to be adhered to, this is done by tracking the dates of when homes are closed/sold and request payment for service calls according to the expiration period of the warranty
  • Keep track of pricing for devices that may need to be sent out according to circumstances that devices need to be replaced, i.e., keypads, security sensors, data lines, speaker wires, etc
  • Schedule with contracted builders to perform services for homes, such as trims, the initial stage where homes are plated for their pre-wiring and security installation, trim quality controls, and final punches
  • Coordinate with builders to address issues where wires may have been cut and that will need damage to fix, address the issues
  • Assist with auditing warehouse materials, by observing information received on an excel spreadsheet with the material that is counted in warehouse and check NetSuite to cross track differences between counted material and recorded material
  • Use Builder Pro/Hyphen to collect Payment from builders for services administered and to schedule for trims that are supposed to go out
  • Create tickets, process homeowner payments, cross track for proper packages for trims and tickets all through NetSuite
