• Sanitized dishes, tabletops, toys, and frequently touched surfaces to prevent spreading of germs.
• Was aware of my tone and choice of words when speaking to the child so that they could understand me.

• Reacting in a reassuring way whenever the child showed they were in distress or sad.

• Did not let aggravated customers get to me on the job and instead spoke to them still in a formal manner.
