I budget for farm costs, floral costs, wedding materials and supplies, wedding staffing, travel expenses and keep a detailed accounting profile on my businesses spending habits and losses and profits
I take time to create detailed schedules for all of my clients, wedding work and day to day operations

However, as a person who truly loves education, teamwork, community and a good laugh, I felt blessed with the opportunity to bring together and coordinate our small team during that year
As the crew leader, I helped coordinate the movement of our team and flow of the daily tasks, which included many activities from seeding planting, weeding, tractor work, harvest, produce delivery, CSA packing, compost prep and forever organizing the toolshed
Amber Waves grows a diverse amount of crops that serve a CSA outlet, an on-site market, the Montauk market (which I also helped manage), and several charity outlets
