• Leading the morning huddle with the assigned provider to review the patient schedule, address suspects, and plan accordingly.
• Documenting medical visits by scribing patient encounters, including history, examination findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Creating an after-visit summary to aid patient comprehension and instruct on next steps after the visit.
• Participating in weekly panel management to close quality gaps.
• Participating in case collaboration (weekly planning) to improve care for high-risk patients.
• Participating in monthly clinical documentation reviews to close suspects and adhere to ICD-10 coding guidelines.
• Placing lab, diagnostic imaging orders, and specialist referrals based on clinical indications.
