I work towards achieving a variety of goals I have set for myself in the future. One of those goals is being able to properly handle food and learn the different things I can do with a diversity of ingredients. It makes me happy knowing I am making food that people get to enjoy and experience. I strive to satisfy the requirements presented and make sure that I am ready for any modifications that need to be made. I still have a lot to learn but I always remain open minded and push myself to learn more. I will always aim for a higher standard as my experience grows. I started working at a sushi station in the year 2022 and I really enjoyed it. I would like to continue to expand my knowledge on sushi and would not mind branching out to other stations.
