Working at wings was my absolute favorite job to this date. I had just quit macys & came across a position here that was fast paced & character building. I started as a server & eventually made my way to bar tender and soon after Assistant general manager.

My tasks consisted mostly of inventory, hiring, USFood / Beer ordering, scheduling, bartending, etc. I grew much more into customer service as well while working here. Building relationships with regulars & new incoming guests. Upselling new food items along with alcoholic beverages. This job even brought some of the most amazing people into my life that worked along side with me who I now call my best friends.

My first job at Macys after I graduated highschool was a sales associate in the Men’s & Womens department. Whether it was to sell makeup, fragrances, designer bags, shoes or clothing. I always had a task to build a relationship with each customer while doing a sale. We always had a goal for each week on how much we’d upsell an item(s) & how good our performance was as well with our service with our customers. This was my first job that led me to loving customer service / sales.
