As an Associate Relations Rep. at Perdue Farms, I have successfully identified, trained, implemented, and audited new methods to reduce turnover. Additionally, I have experience as a Quality Assurance Technician, where I analyzed production samples, monitored quality control systems, and communicated quality control information. My manufacturing experience includes working as an Assembler at Husqvarna Outdoor Products, where I inspected, tested, and adjusted completed units to meet specifications and assembled parts and units using hand and power tools.
