Model Kit Building
I took interest in the hobby during the latter years of my time in high school. The bulk of my collection is based of the acclaimed Japanese anime, Mobile Suit Gundam. Mainly their spin off series, Gundam Build Fighters. It centered around people both in their youth and adulthood taking kits from their pre molded pieces to something entirely unique and using them in simulated combat. When I bought and built my first model kit I was amazed just how detailed the figure was. As I dove deeper into the hobby I discovered more tools and techniques to ensure that the model kits would look more lively and detailed and the quality of my builds bordered on professional. A hand-full of lessons did emerge from this. Taking time and patience. It helped cultivate my focus and dedication.
