In this role, I serve as an at home caregiver. My duties range from companion and transport.

I'm often responsible for admin meds and assisting with daily living activpities

• Cared for clients with diagnoses such as respiratory failure, diabetes, Parkinson's disease and muscular dystrophy.
• Evaluated patients to identify and address wounds, behavioral concerns, and medically relevant symptoms.
• Supported ambulation and physical therapy needs by conducting planned exercise routines.
• Conducted routine safety checks on equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Participated in ongoing educational opportunities in order to stay up-to-date on best practices in nursing care.

I love working with memory care residents as well assisting on AL. I pride myself in giving quality care with sufficient time. I often work in both roles such as one day I may be on the cart or on the floor as a CNA, I enjoy both!
