- Welcome, greet, and sit guests while providing them with a friendly smile and services
- Ensure all guests have the best possible dining experience by listening and providing for their needs, questions, and concerns.
- Deliver service and provide guests with recommendations through learning and understanding the menu items and specials.
- Provide a great experience that not only meets, but also exceeds the guests' expectations by anticipating needs and knowing cues.
- Use POS to stay organized, place food and drink orders, and manage cash/credit transactions.
- Keep constant communication with team members to ensure food orders follow proper recipe standards and distribute proper drinks to tables
- Manage front of the house and maintain knowledge of cleaning procedures and restaurant standards to ensure the best presentation for guests and inspections
- Maintain and take inventory of goods, filled portion cups, roll silverware, sweep and mop kitchen and dining room floors
- Maintain clean and safe workstations and restaurant environment through consistent cleaning procedures
- Close out/balance the cashier drawer after every shift
