After I graduated high school, I decided to explore my job options to find out what I wanted to go to college for. I worked as a phlebotomist for the American Red Cross blood drives. I fell in love with all aspects of the job, but the ARC did not certify, and I wanted to progress my career over time. With that being established, I started looking into different schools and jobs in the medical field. I learned about medical assisting and am currently in school to get my Certification in Clinical Medical Assisting (CCMA) and Associate in Administrative Medical Assisting (AAMA). I am set to graduate in April 2024 and am looking to begin my career journey.
