The experience I've gained through this position includes being the receptionist, medical assistant, COVID tester, janitor, and call center representative. In other words, a multi-tasker! Skill set includes:

• Assisted physicians with minor surgeries, including preparing the operating room and sterilizing instruments.

• Directed patients to exam rooms, fielded questions, and prepared for physician examinations.
• Performed medical records management, including filing, organizing, and scanning documents.

• Managed time effectively to balance both front-of-house tasks and back-of-house responsibilities during busy periods.
