Working as an inbound call center representative with Ciox health consisted of receiving about 50-100 calls retrieving medical records from hospitals, clinics, doctors offices and etc. I would sometimes have to schedule for hedis records to be picked up because the amount of them couldn’t be faxed over. I would also verify there insurance to make sure it was still valid!

Being a newborn screener is to be patient and very delicate with the baby due to them being twenty - four hours old. As a screener we soft headphones or Automated auditory brainstem response ( A-ABR) The A-ABR is recorded using surface electrodes that are attached to the infants head.

• Played a key role in updating hospital policies related to newborn hearing screenings, incorporating new research findings and best practices as needed.
