At Uniqlo Soho, we concentrated on creating the highest level of shopping experience for customers, while adhering to the company's values around ESG. When I began, I rotated through different areas of the store, supporting customers in the fitting room areas, recovering the floor, stocking items in the stockroom, and running support during peak hours. After returning in the fall, I had a different outlook, and much more confidence. I became a quicker learner, took on more responsibilities, and started rising to support newer team members. The second time around, I processed for the store more efficiently, was more conscious of the store operations, and was better able to anticipate the needs of customers and the team. My performance and knowledge have grown since starting, and I am able to take that experience into everything I do on the floor.

As a teacher at the Elite daycare, my main goal was to be a leader, a role model, and an entertainer. With the kids, I would play outside, do work with them, do crafts with them, play, and feed them snacks. As a lead teacher, I wanted to ensure safety while also allowing the children to be themselves and enjoy their experience at the daycare.

At Uniqlo Soho, our main goal was to practice ESG and help make the customers' shopping experience top-tier. I would often work in the fitting room, organize the floor, help in the back of the house, or run to the fitting room.

At T.J. Maxx, my role was to stock the floor, keep it tidy and organized, ring customers up at the register, and occasionally work in the fitting room. I would often help customers and aid them with their shopping choices.

At La Slice Pizzeria, my role was to greet customers, take orders, answer the phone, ring up the cashiers, and clean up. My goal was always to ensure an enjoyable experience.
