*Building the services for new customers as the inspectors sell them, as well as handle all of the emails and customer contact related to our Commercial accounts. I do not exaggerate when I say that on average about 100 emails a day come through to my Outlook inbox, counting both customers and internal communications.

*These accounts are never a one size fits all. Time duration accuracy is major, as we have to take into account the severity of the issues we’ll be treating and product usage. Servicing a diverse range of facilities, including buildings, shopping centers, and restaurants. Addressed unique requirements for multi-unit housing, shelters, schools, and hotels.

*Support multiple customers and tables concurrently, specializing in multi-course meal service.

*Help customers to understand the menu and any daily specials using clear communication to ensure that the customer gets everything they want.

*Started off in the Wildlife Department where we set up accounts / processed and collected payments / then scheduled new and current customers for the delicate balance of Wildlife Trapping and Exclusion services. Also ran several teams of Inspectors and Technicians during that time starting with Albany NY and then taking on Rochester & Buffalo NY Wildlife branches as well as getting to branch out to Lexington KY towards the end of that department.

*Moved into the Sales and Marketing role to set up inspections and sales over the phone for termite services and products during the Spring season for the extra commissions and to learn different parts of the company.

*Moved into a third department and quickly became a Customer Support Supervisor for our Pittsburgh, PA branch that handled the Home Protection Plans (Remote Position). I worked closely with our Branch Operations Manager to make decisions for our team of office staff to be able to support the technicians in the field, as well as the Service Managers in the field.
