- My tutoring business was asked to partner with The Walker School full-time to create and implement a program called Applied Strategies for its Neurodiverse learners in grades 4-9.
- Using Executive Function as a base, I synthesized a vast array of learning sciences to build the Applied Strategies curriculum from scratch, differentiating content and instructional design for each grade level's developmental readiness and core classes.
- Acted as lead teacher of these classes cross-divisionally for grades 4-9.
- In my time there, I grew the Applied Strategies program from 2 classes of 17 students to 10 classes serving over 100 Neurodiverse students.

- 634 Learning arose as a partnership with the Clarke County School District in Athens, GA to provide high-quality and effective tutoring to its Neurodiverse learners who were not being adequately served by school-based interventions.
- Beginning as a collaboration with a single elementary school, I grew this business to receive Title 1 funding from the district to go into all public schools they served, collaborated with multiple independent schools, and eventually employed over 15 tutors serving hundreds of students in the Athens and Metro-Atlanta areas.
