I am a full-time college student with hands-on experience in healthcare, research, and patient support. I have worked as a Physical Therapy Aide, where I assisted patients with exercises and rehabilitation, gaining valuable knowledge of patient care. Additionally, I volunteered at a hospital as a Research Associate in the Emergency Room, where I identified patients needing health-related social assistance, gathered medical and social data, and collaborated with healthcare teams to provide support. My direct patient interactions allowed me to gain insight into their unique circumstances and help navigate their healthcare needs. As a Hospital Volunteer, I also supported nurses by ensuring patients had the assistance they required. Furthermore, I served as a Lab Assistant in the Psychology Department's Sleep and Memory Lab, where I focused on gathering and managing data from research participants. These diverse experiences have strengthened my skills in patient care, data collection, and research, preparing me for future roles in healthcare and research settings.
