Since it was Black History Month , I set up a table with some exciting facts, activities, and hung up a banner. I also engaged with the associates and talked about what they would like to see more of in the building. Getting them involved with helping put up decorations. They really felt like a part of the team.
- After re-arranging the path the allows the associates to put the bags on the carts for the driving to deliver, they were able to get done 10 mins faster each hour, saving us 100 hrs of labor for the day. I also took in consideration that is was to close to the aisles where associates come out of and moved it further away to prevent an injury from occurring.
