I am a warm and friendly individual who looks for unexpected ways to illuminate hospitality in any situation. I enjoy working closely with team members to deliver positive guest experience.


I have many years of experience as a seasoned hospitality customer and have been a resident of many locations both on land and sea.


Although it's been many years since I've worked in the hospitality environment; I've been traveling extensively and understand the high standards customers have. I've sailed on Seabourn, four times:


1) From Boston to Monteral, Canada

2) From Los Angeles to Miami through the Panama Canal

3) From Aukland, New Zealand to Sydney, Australia

4) Round trip from and to Vancouver round trip through the Fjords of Alaska.


I have been traveling extensively for the last 10 years at various hotels helping my elderly Mom with her hobby of showing dogs.


Understanding hospitality has been in my blood from a very early age, from living in various destinations, like the USVI, to Scottsdale, Arizona, and I absolutely treasure my experience as a front desk agent helping a woman who was attending the POMC conference. The POMC (Parents of Murdered Children) was a very dear story I hold in my heart to this day and I hope I am given the opportunity to share this story.

  • I was more than just a cashier; who performed cash, card and check transactions to complete customer purchases. I was flexible, team player who was asked to do more than just be a cashier; so I watered plants, walked customers to the location of the plants they were looking for. I helped educate customers on why one plant over another plant would be more beneficial to their garden or home. I helped customers find solutions to plant woes and if I could not answer their question I used the in house radio to communicate and help locate a more educated co-worker. I helped to maintain the hospitality station; made coffee, refilled and replaced the various hot beverage options, refilled the water cooler, cleaned up the hospitality station.
