  • When I first started at PartnerHero, I began as a marketing agent and worked my way up to be on the launch/implementation team. After working within that new team for a year, I moved up the ranks to be the Launch/Project Manager in our department. In my time here, I created comprehensive documentation outlining all tasks required for successful product launches, along with detailed project timelines to track progress towards launch goals. Not only did I develop my team to what it is now, but I also led cross-functional teams to ensure successful partner launches on time. My job is to work closely with internal stakeholders throughout all stages of the launch process, while maintaining strong relationships with external partners involved, to instill their trust in the process and with our company. I assisted in developing strategies for launching into international markets, identified potential risks associated with launches, and developed mitigation plans. I also analyzed customer feedback to inform product launch strategies. For my team, I always communicate updates on current projects and initiatives related to upcoming launches. While working on launches, I have to organize virtual events, such as webinars and demos, for customers throughout the implementation process. I coordinate heavily with the engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the launch process. A lot of my job is to interview prospective employees and provide input to HR on hiring decisions based around our customers' needs. What I am most proud of is my ability to remain calm and professional in stressful circumstances and effectively diffuse tense situations with elevated communication skills.

  • Throughout my duration of being employed at Hopworks, I went from AGM to GM in a matter of a year. I was responsible for hiring, training for the service and kitchen staff, and conducting regular meetings with the senior management team to review progress against established objectives. I monitored financial performance and identified areas for improvement in cost savings and revenue generation. Ensured compliance with local health department regulations regarding food safety standards. I took the lead in managing our sales projections, writing labor budgets, communicating with vendors, and helping implement new protocols enforced within the pub before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. I worked with our brewery in communications for rotating beer releases, and educated the staff and customers on new releases. During my time, we also had a transition from one POS system to another, where I took the lead on programming and troubleshooting that change. We had a unique aspect at this pub to entertain banquets and parties, with over one hundred guests. I was in constant communication, ensuring their event was perfectly organized and executed.
