EPRP Reps worked in conjuction with nurses and doctors in Emergency rooms. Our focus was to get the Kaiser member in an out of network ER into a Kaiser hospital, if the patients life was not in danger we would arrange an ambulance pickup and drop off. But in certain instances patients could not be transfered so we would escalate case to our EPRP Nurse and she would be able to approve patients out of network ER visit.

• Answered incoming phone calls to process requests, transfer calls, or relay messages to appropriate personnel.
