
Through a mix of professional and volunteer roles, I have demonstrated a brand of high-quality customer service and project management skills that lends me to be approachable, deploy problem solving with a restorative and proactive approach, and make others around them feel heard and seen. I have extensive experience with community engagement efforts, including coordinating stakeholders and government resources to support a community driven goal. I understand and practice anti-racism as an active process of identifying and eliminating racism by examining how we can show up individually and as a community to change systems, organizational structure, and attitudes so that power is distributed and shared equitably.
