I was a large part of creating a Parent Teacher Organization at my childs elementary school. After getting established I served as treasurer for 2 years and Vice President for one year. Additional Information
I spent 5 months in a Remarkable Leadership program put on by First Community Credit Union. Through this program we read the book Remarkable Leader by Kevin Eikenberry then meet in a group to discuss. The principals covered in this book include communicating. powerfully, building relationships, taking responsibility, managing projects, and many more. I feel I gained so much from this group and have learned many skills to apply as I continue to grow and advance professionally.
