  • Developed the Medical City Plano, ELSO Gold Awarded, ECMO program. 2024 resulted in over 100 patients and $22m CM. VA Survival rate (all-in) was 56% compared to ELSO National average of 45%. VV Survival rate was 79% compared to ELSO National average of 58%
  • Led the development of the Field Activated - Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest - ECPR program at Medical City Plano. Trained 10+ Fire Rescue services to identify candidates and treat accordingly. Ended 2024 with a Survival Rate of 47% compared to the ELSO National average of 29%
  • Led cross-functional teams to successfully launch new initiatives and achieve organizational goals. Ex: ECPR Protocol is cath lab activation from the field, direct transport to cath lab, ECMO cannulation, and catheterization with intervention if needed.
