• Led cross-functional teams to successfully launch new initiatives and achieve organizational goals. Ex: ECPR Protocol is cath lab activation from the field, direct transport to cath lab, ECMO cannulation, and catheterization with intervention if needed.

• Initiated the PERT Team development and protocol
• Implemented Nurse Driven Shock protocol to identify, initiate, and drive the care of the cardiogenic shock patient, along with the physician team.
