We had a patient walk in to our facility with an emergency medical situation. I was able to maintain patient privacy. Keep the situation and patient calm. I organized the emergency transfer and was able to maintain an manage the situation, appropriately directing staff to areas of need.

We were able to work as a team and provide top quality patient care to a patient whom was not part of regular patient organization.

The patient was able to be transferred to an appropriate facility for care in a timely manner.
