At KDP I’ve found a place that allows me the full potential to grow. I’ve learned a lot and met a bunch of great people, but the work experience has been my favorite part. From meeting new faces each day to dealing with familiar ones I’ve learned a lot abt communication wirh customers and management. I’ve also learned what it takes to make orders and make sure the correct product is coming into our locations. My day to day work can vary from store to store but ultimately all is the same, we perform many different tasks from working product from the back room to the shelf to keep customers and our accts satisfied to cleaning shelving and facing product so it is up to the standards of our acct managers. I also perform duties like maintaining a cleanly area for our product and working with store managers and our team leads to find display locations. My work is never the same and has helped me learn a lot about our field I hope to continue in this area for a long time!

At prime communications we were responsible for the day to day interactions with customers. We helped service each customer with care and kindness to help resolve issues within our area of expertise. We also performed various other duties like, selling company products, working with outside sources to generate new leads on customers, and helping customers to make sure each product was a correct fit for them and their families. We sold various items from phones and computers to TV services and home internet. We often had to compete with coworkers to acquire bonuses which helped create a fun competitive work environment for myself and those who enjoy that type of work pace.

At RSBS solutions I performed many different tasks, I started out as a general laborer, working with whatever crews needed me for that day. I mainly assisted in helping build retaining walls, which gave me a good insight to masonry and stone cutting, but I also worked on other crews doing a large mix of pouring concrete, working on the demo team (excavating and preparing job sites for the concrete crew), operating forklifts and other heavier small machinery. In the winter I worked for the plowing crew and helped plow parking lots, driveways, and other areas we were needed. Towards the end of my time at RSBS I worked on the fertilization crew helping maintain customers with fresh fertilizer lawns. In the day to day we worked with a lot of dangerous chemicals and had to be precise with the amount we were using so we wouldn’t destroy a customers lawn.
