This was a summer job through a ministry called Campus Outreach. The job consisted of an abundance of hard labor and plenty of friendly interactions with guests. The crucial teamwork that was needed for this job allowed me to create lasting friendships and hopefully a memorable impression.

• Answered customers' questions and addressed problems and complaints in person and via phone.
• Offered exceptional customer service to differentiate and promote company brand.
• Described and demonstrated product functions, features and benefits in line with product literature.
• Built friendships that were vital to our teamwork at the Parks.

• Examined printed copy for correct ink density, position on paper and registration.

• Awarded points, verified score calculations and communicated end-of-game results to teams and spectators.
• Executed high-pressure decisions, awarded points and imposed penalties under time constraints.
• Fostered sportsmanship among players and coaches to minimize in-game conflict.
