- I thrive in a clean space, so when it comes to doing anything, my first priority is to make sure my area is clean. Not only do I have to work in that space, but the space is a representation of myself, and I will not allow my customers to perceive the establishment that I work for and/or myself as dirty.
- As a bartender, you come across a lot of different drinks that people have a hard time forgetting at other places. So, being able to recreate an idea for a customer is always satisfying for me.
