Assata Toure

Performs personal care tasks, mobility and transfers, and health care-related tasks. Performs home management functions, housekeeping, meal preparations. Accompanies client into the community for social interactions and to complete important tasks, grocery shopping, banking, and doctor's appointments. Assist client with mobility and transfers.
