Perform special studies and projects, perform moderate complexity, testing, assist with training and Lab laboratory workflow coordination. Prepares all blood components perform labeling and quarantine as required. Assures all quality control standards and procedures are performed and documented, Maintains accurate records and documentation and testing. participates in hiring and performance appraisal process. perform preventative maintenance on equipment.

Prepare all bread for bake to bake for the day. Performs before and after shift cleanup. Decorate cakes if necessary. Assist on payment register duties. Customer service is a must.

Performs data entry participate in field work and assist on office functions.
