At Stretch Zone, I am privileged to assist clients experiencing chronic or acute pain through personalized, hands-on stretching and therapeutic techniques. Each session incorporates both isometric and dynamic stretching to meet the individual’s unique goals, which are collaboratively established at the start of their membership. I have now worked with a handful of people who can run with no pain, lift their grandkids with ease, and even recover from a heart procedure (this one in particular can play a full round of tennis again)!

In addition to providing client care, I contribute to the clinic’s growth through sales and marketing initiatives. I actively promote memberships, collaborate with colleagues on digital marketing strategies, and participate in community outreach events, such as organizing local pickleball tournaments to expand our reach and strengthen client relationships.

At the Buzzed Goat, I am trusted in ensuring members of the community are starting their day off with a delightful sip. Being trained for both coffee classics and cocktails, we aim to create a place where neighbors go to catch up with an old friend, host a gathering, even network business!
