Greet new customers that come in and give information regarding the menu, tea bar and loose leaf teas. Use POS system to accurately enter orders and process payments. Prepare specialty drinks such as Loose Leaf Tea's, Chai's, Matcha's, and energy drinks. When a costumer asks how much sugar is in our energy drinks and reassure them that all of the energy drinks are sugar free. Prevented infections and maintain store professionalism by cleaning and sanitizing work areas daily. Restock on cups, lids, and ice to make sure to be prepared for the shift.

I organized racks and shelves to maintain store visual appeal, engage customers, and promote specific merchandise. Handled cash transactions efficiently while adhering to company cash handling policies, ensuring accuracy in all financial exchanges. Built relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Managed returns, exchanges and refunds in accordance with store policy. I prepared merchandise for sales floor by pricing or tagging. Answered customer questions about sizing, accessories, and merchandise care. Prioritized helping customers over completing other routine tasks in store. Volunteered for extra shifts during holidays and other busy periods to alleviate staffing shortages.

I would reset and clean tables quickly to prepare for new customers. Collected trash, and removed trays to maintain fresh and clean customer areas. Worked quickly, communicated with my coworkers to see if they needed help with anything. Completed side work duties, ensuring that all necessary supplies were stocked. I would train new bussers, and show them where the chips and salsa were for when they needed to be refilled. Worked together with other bussers to clean and sweep under the table so customer's wouldn't be waiting to be seated. I would go around making sure the customer's needs were being met.
