I am a double major in Psychology and Health Sciences at Rhode Island College with a background in pharmacy and customer service. For the past two years, I have worked as a pharmacy technician at CVS, where I gained experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, communicating with patients, and managing detailed prescription tasks. I am motivated, reliable, and passionate about entering a patient-centered healthcare field.
I took on significant responsibility at a young age by working as a pharmacy technician for two years in a fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare environment. In this role, I was trusted to handle confidential patient information and navigate complex insurance issues with professionalism and patience. I’ve been consistently recognized for my punctuality, reliability, and ability to adapt quickly to changing workflow demands.
Alongside my work, I’ve proven my ability to balance a demanding job with a challenging double major and maintain a strong GPA. I earned the JAA Scholarship as recognition of my academic potential and dedication, and I am currently on track to complete two degrees by 2026 while maintaining a 3.46 GPA.
