Verified patient procedures with Preop nurse, Interviewed patient and verified procedures with patient; Setup sterile fields and drew up medications for physician according to physician recipe cards; verified correct patient and procedure through verbal official time out with procedure room staff; administered physician prescribed medication including narcotics through patient’s IV throughout procedures; collaborative report to PACU nurse regarding patient’s medical history and procedures
