Audrey Heileman

I began working at 16 years old at Panera Bread. I began my career as an associate and worked diligently to provide an effective working environment that helped the store move forward. In under six months I was promoted to a Shift Lead and Trainer where I was tasked with training new associates, being friendly, personable, and professional, as well as enforcing good, clean habits. I was able to transition into a position at Bruegger's Bagels where I have received my ServSafe certification and have demonstrated acceptable knowledge and application of these newly learned skills. As of now I am responsible for opening the store, maintaining a clean, safe work environment, communicating with and aiding guests to insure a pleasant experience and resolve conflicts, along with many more tasks. I also perform assisting duties for a local wedding photographer in Tallahasse where I am tasked with handling last minute problems, working with wedding parties and families to guarantee a beautiful wedding and perfect pictures, helping the photographer with any and all things she may need, and more. I have consistently been recognized for my diligent, hardworking attitude as well as my polite and friendly demeanor. I pride myself on my ability to work with others, communicate effectively, ability to maximize team productivity, and solve problems.
