• In my role as a Medical Receptionist, I performed receptionist tasks, which included answering phones, emails, and texts, as well as scheduling appointments via Cerbo.
• As a Medical Assistant Apprentice, I directly assisted patients with various treatments, such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, stem cell therapy, and EBOO IV treatments.
