In my time as a site supervisor for Securitas at Analog Devices, I have had the opportunity to ensure that our officers are positively motivated to remain vigilant and provide accommodating customer service, as well as maintaining site reports and property in a proactive manner.

Some of my daily duties have included badge creation, managing restricted access requests, the collecting and reporting of data such as officer patrols, writing and issuing ROC’s/CCAR’s when required, and aiding in solving the issue of officer callouts, including personally filling in when needed.

Additionally, I have gained proficiency in maintaining and repairing essential security equipment such as the site’s badge readers, current key-core system, and automatic gates. I am well prepared to continue taking on a proactive role in diagnosing and seeking solutions for any maintenance or equipment issues that may occur.

Ultimately, I seek to lead by example and motivate those who report to me to take a genuine interest in their work, so that we all may better strive to embody a security presence our client can feel confident relying on.

In my time working as a security officer for Securitas at Analog Devices, I focused on providing optimal customer service to the client, and establishing an exemplary working relationship with the officers assigned there.

My work included familiarizing myself with the general and specialized procedures of both Securitas and Analog Devices alike, with the intent to recognize exactly what responses may be required on the daily, as well as in emergency situations.

Through this position I gained a thorough basis of site-specific knowledge and to gauge what the standard security officer’s scope of work calls for.

In my time working as an assistant manager for AKT Enterprises, I directed the management and scheduling of a construction and landscaping crew.

This included inspecting the finished quality of projects we undertook, and ensuring the crew I was responsible for remained fully staffed and punctual.

Through this job I gained management experience by working with a diverse group of people to ensure their individual needs were met and they were provided the resources needed to perform their tasks efficiently.
