Assisting supervising PTA with reviewing patient's medical record and plan of care, creating quality and engaging exercise programs and treatments based off of the plan of care, communicating patient's progressions or problems to supervising PT, participating in educating patient's and family of physical therapy services, creating accurate clinical documentation of treatments and billing appropriately, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment by monitoring equipment and following facilities infection control.
