Auriyah Duran

I am a high school student currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program where I am developing foundational knowledge about child growth and development. Through this course, I learn how to support young children's learning through age-appropriate activities and positive communication. I am gaining skills in patience, responsibility, and creating safe engaging environments for children. My coursework also helps me understand the importance of social, emotional and cognitive development in early childhood. This experience is helping me prepare me for future opportunities working with children or in education-related fields.
